    JB series  comprise a wide range of throat sizes and power options which ensures a heavy duty granulator sized properly for every molding application. The knives are backed up by a solid steel rotor, so that even the harshest cutting action exerts less strain on the bolt. Bed knives are mounted against heavy steel block.

 

Main Features:

1: cutter parts

     • imported material of cutters: SKD-11, SKH-9

     • rotary cutter are backed up by a solid steel rotor

     • stationary cutter are mounted against a heavy steel block with special reasonable design

2: compared with the method of cooling bearings,Kingboo adopts more reliable cooling method

3: sieving screen part

     • standard diameter of each mesh is 9mm

     • standard thickness of each sieving screen is 8mm

4: standard dimension of crushing chamber:

     •range from 450×320 to 1010 ×600mm

5: material of whole body:

     •high strength medium carbon steel which possess the anti-shock trait.
